Breanne 3 nice and easy
I wish I had looked over the packaging better as I thought it was a rotating camera, but thats okay I love that I can add on things down the road so can get some more cameras if I need.
Boymom1234 4 Good buy
We got this about a month ago to replace another brand of video monitor that broke when it was dropped. The audio/video work well in our house (~1800 sq. ft.), even when we’d have it in our bonus room upstairs. I don’t love the angle the monitor is set at. We had to place it at an odd angle to get a full view of our child’s bed. There is also no zoom In/out feature so we can’t view his whole room, only his bed. These certainly aren’t dealbreakers for us, but definitely would be a consideration if we absolutely had to have a view of his whole room. Overall, this is a good product for the price point and we aren’t overall happy with it.
Mommaof2inky 5 Best baby monitor I’ve ever used NOT HAPPY ITS DIS
Absolutely love this monitor we purchased it in 2017 when my son was born and our daughter will be born this year. I’ve been searching for this particular camera to find out it’s discontinued and not at all happy about this and now I have to have two monitors that done pair together. I’m extremely disappointed and irritated bc I’ve recommended this camera to all the new parents I know which many I’ve helped them buy from target!
Miminne 5 Great
I bought this monitor for mt first baby 4 years ago and i loved it so decided to buy it again for my second child.
JK01 4 Exactly what we wanred
The Levana Lila has been our best friend now that we have two littles in one room! The function has warranted not one complaint! Great talk-to-baby function, night vision is excellent, range is good, the camera rotates nicely. Would like more options for mounting. Maybe Levana should partner with 3M for flexible mounting choices. :) Wish it were easier to turn off peep mode. Also the instructions were simple to a fault. Some more specifics on the menu functions works have been nice!
Jeanz 3 Good simple camera
I've had this camera for a few months. It is in my toddler's room while I use my other camera for the baby's room. It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistle like my other camera but it does its job. The one thing I really dislike is that monitor turns on whenever there is any noise. My son uses a sound machine at night so that means it is on all night long. It doesn't turn off even if you put the sound to mute. I have to place it face down so I don't have the blaring light waking me up.
Linds13 4 Easy to use
Very easy to use and set up. Has great features. A carrying case would be useful when travelling.
RebM 5 Awesome product
We have had this product for 2+ years now still works gtreat! Great picture quality and battery last forever. We actually bought the levana keera a more expensive product and pan tilts about 6 months ago and i would totally choose the Lila over it any day. Reception is much better, holds a charge longer and just as good of a picture just smaller screen for CHEAPER!!
I bought this for my first child 3 years ago, so I feel I can give it a fair long-term review. In short, it's my favorite monitor. It's small, easily transportable for trips, easy set up, large buttons so you know exactly what you're clicking in the middle of the night, and the talk back feature works well.
I'd say the picture quality and battery life are on par with other monitors I've used, that is to say not spectacular, but workable. It's can also be nice and loud, which is good because we have a window AC in our room, which drowns out other monitors we've used. But it's also not too loud in the winter, when the house is practically silent. Brightness is good during the day and tolerable when it's pitch dark in the middle of the night.
Cons: 1. The stand broke, but it's not a big deal because you can take it off and this thing fits in your pocket so it's easy to carry around with you. 2. For a while, the thing would not auto shut off. No idea why. But it fixed itself (or we or our child accidentally fixed it) after a few weeks. 3. The antenna also broke, but we glued it back on and it works fine. 4. And last, our power cord for the parent unit developed an interior short and no longer charges properly, so we will have to purchase a new cord before baby #2.
In conclusion, sturdy, this thing may not be, but saying all that, I have used other monitors over the years, more expensive, less expensive, trying to find the perfect fit and I can finally say I like this one the best. BY FAR. Even with the cons listed above. We're expecting our second child and we will be using this monitor, whether we fix it up or just get a new one.
motogrl7 5 Amazing monitor
I bought this monitor a week ago and we absolutely love it. The sound, video, and other features are amazing. We bought this to replace our last Levana monitor. Thank you Levana for such a great product.
sdub 3 Easy to use, average image quality, poor range
I bought this as a multi-camera system for my toddler and baby. Set-up was very easy and the system is nice and easy to use, but the image quality is not that great and the range is poor despite the troubleshooting recommended on the Levana website.
arossi 4 Easy!
Just received this at our shower and we're very impressed with the ease of set up and use!
Kc18 5 Great Quality!
Just what we needed. Great photo quality on camera. Not too big either!
Sweetie107 4 Good enough!
We started with one monitor three years ago when my son was born. We then added another one when he got a little bigger to have one in his bedroom and one in the family room. I've just had my second child and both monitors from my first born are still working except both stands have broken off relatively soon after buying them but this was not a big factor for us as I didn't use the stand often anyway. The antenna on his bedroom monitor also broke fairly easy and is being held on by Scotch tape but hey it still works! We decided to buy a third one so they would all be compatible. I like the clarity of the monitor and the peep mode. It does lose service every now and again but comes back within a minute so also not a big deal for us. for the price and what you get I think these are good monitors.
The Peep Mode feature for this monitor only works on the primary camera (Camera 1). When additional cameras are paired with the monitor, the Peep Mode will only activate when sound is heard on the primary camera (Camera 1). The Peep mode will deactivate itself when in sequential/sequence on any monitors that support sequential/sequence mode.
